The 6S Physio STRONG BONES PROGRAM is the product of this experience, university level training and the latest research on how your body benefits from strength training, impact/vibration & balance training. You can trust our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists to meet you where you are at now and safely progress you towards your goals, at rate that you can manage and, most of all, enjoy!

Our university-trained and experienced Exercise Physiologists and Physios at 6S PHYSIO are here to help you reach your fitness goals with personalized training and expert guidance. They are dedicated to making your sessions fun, safe and effective

At 6S PHYSIO, we recognise everyone comes with different backgrounds: medical, orthopaedic, social... Your initial sessions allow us to tailor an approach that will suit your needs and access to equipment and support.

Participants in our Strong Bones Program learn how to safely and effectively use fitness equipment either in our facilities or at Home - or a bit of both! What you learn in both our One-on-one sessions and Group sessions, can set you up with what you need to achieve your goals, on-going!

Special interest in Bone Conditioning and the driving force behind our Strong Bones Program. Jay tracks the group's progress and reports to our medical referrers.

Emma has a strong background in Pilates and Strength Training, and has dipped her toe into running. Very experienced EP & instructor who will encourage you to get the best from your sessions.

Jordan has completed his degree in Exercise Sports Science and is now embarking on his doctorate of Physiotherapy at Macquarrie University.

Darren has been around the block, with extensive experience in Fitness and has grown 6S Physio from a one-man show to an amazing team of friendly and caring professionals
Participating in the strong bones program has made me more confident in my physical strength and more hopeful for the future as I age. It has given me consistency in my approach to living with osteoporosis and it ‘s encouraging to see improvement.

It’s the first time that I’ve looked forward to doing exercise classes They are fun, inspiring and … good for me! It feels great knowing that I’m getting stronger. Jay is fabulous, caring, kind and knowledgeable I feel safe under his care and enjoy.
